Compensation in Michigan Manufacturing
This annual report includes compensation data on more than 130 different manufacturing jobs, ranging from clerical to managerial to executive roles, covering both office and plant environments.  Data on base salary and total cash compensation (base salary plus annual incentive) levels, incentive plan participation, salary range midpoints and compensation budgeting is included for the total sample of participants, eight geographic regions, six size categories (by company revenue) and six manufacturing industry classifications.

Human Resources Policies in Michigan Manufacturing
This biannual report (odd numbered years) provides users with detailed information on a wide variety of human resources-related policies, including hiring practices; termination and severance policies; equal employment and accommodation issues; work time, scheduling and premium pay; employee conduct and discipline; and safety and occupational health.  The survey evolves each edition to cover areas of evolving interest – recent additions to the survey include questions on company policies for email and internet use.  The results of the survey are summarized for the entire sample, as well as eight geographic regions and six size categories (by company revenue). 

Health & Welfare Benefits in Michigan
This report provides companies with objective and detailed, relevant information about benefit programs provided by employers throughout the state. This includes information on Health Care, Dental, Life and Disability coverage. It also looks at benefit trends.
