LANSING (June 22, 2023) — At its June Annual Meeting, the Board of Directors of the Michigan Manufacturers Association (MMA) elected two new members to the body, re-elected a number of sitting members and advanced a slate of officers.  

Guided by its Board of Directors, MMA has for 120 years maintained a proven track record and unwavering commitment to serve Michigan manufacturers through relentless advocacy, resources to address the talent crisis, communication of vital information and numerous cost savings and benefits.

To facilitate the Association’s robust activities, the MMA Board of Directors leads the organization with a strong strategic orientation. 

Newly elected to the MMA Board of Directors are: 

• Jill Dralle, Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Nexteer Automotive, USA. Nexteer Automotive is a global leading motion control technology company accelerating mobility to be safe, green and exciting. Jill Dralle is responsible for USA operations, managing the profit and loss for three business units, including six manufacturing plants and more than 3500 employees.  
• Mark Kramer, President and CEO of Anderson Development Company. Anderson Development Company is a customer-focused innovator of specialty materials serving the coatings, elastomers, pharmaceuticals and semiconductor industries. Since assuming the role in 2013, Mark Kramer’s focus has been to grow the business organically as well as to lead internal strategic and talent development efforts.  

Re-elected to the MMA Board of Directors are:
