Legislation achieved by MMA allows manufacturers to claim eligible manufacturing personal property exemption for 2021 if they didn’t file due to the COVID-19 pandemic. If you weren’t able to claim your 2021 PPT exemption due to COVID-19, you have until March 14 to request approval from the State Tax Commission.
