The US Supreme Court finished its term with a flurry of important and historical decisions, including a decision that including a connected case from Michigan. In Bostock v. Clayton County, a 6-3 decision held that it is against the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for an employer to fire or refuse to hire someone because they are gay or transgender. MMA and Honigman’s Matt Radler joined members for a discussion on the impacts this ruling may have on their human resource policies.
