Eagle Alloy Honored as 2018 John G. Thodis Michigan Manufacturer of the Year

The Michigan Manufacturers Association (MMA) is proud to announce Eagle Alloy of Muskegon has been selected as the 2018 recipient of the John G. Thodis Michigan Manufacturer of the Year Award. A prestigious honor since 1981, the award is named after MMA’s longest-serving president and honors the important, positive and tangible contributions individual manufacturers make to their employees, customers and communities. The Eagle Alloy team will receive the award during the 2018 MFG Excellence Awards on November 8 at the Kellogg Center in East Lansing.

Eagle Alloy was selected by an independent panel of judges for being at the forefront when it comes to progressive ways attract students to the manufacturing community, utilizing career day events, internships and community engagement with over 40 charitable organizations.

“The Eagle Alloy team, from its executives to its shop floor, represent the very best of manufacturing and place a high emphasis on integrity, teamwork, respect, continuous improvement and accountability,” says Chuck Hadden, MMA president & CEO. “With a tradition of social responsibility and innovative products, the Eagle Alloy name belongs among the 38-year lineage of the John G. In addition to presenting Eagle Alloy with the John G. Additionally, Jim Richards of Total Security Solutions will receive the John G.
