Cancellation/Refund Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing at least 10 business days prior to the event to receive a full refund after a $25 administrative charge. Cancellations not received in writing by the date required will not be eligible for a refund. No-shows will not be refunded.
Substitutions: Substitutions may be made any time prior to the beginning of the event.
MMA Cancellations / Rescheduling / Location Changes: If MMA must cancel an event, all paid registrants will receive a full refund. With notice, MMA reserves the right to reschedule or change locations for an event at any time. Upon the change, registrants will receive the opportunity to participate on the rescheduled date or new location, or request a full refund.

Consent to Use Photographic Images: Registration and attendance at, or participation in, MMA meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to the use and distribution of the registrant or attendees’ image or voice in photographs, videotapes, electronic reproductions and audiotapes of such events and activities by MMA.
