Through training, facilitation and action planning, SMED engages a cross-functional team in analysis and improvement of a given job changeover process.
The Luminous Group’s SMED workshop helps clients’ teams streamline and standardize set-up processes, aiming to reduce set-up time to under 10 minutes (hence, single-digit minutes). Training aspects include:
