Sigma P&THE Manufacturing (PTM) Solutions Company has always been about finding solutions for manufacturers’ challenges using firsthand expertise to help other businesses establish and meet goals.
Founded in 2018, P&THE Manufacturing, a holding group with Ross Aluminum and TCI Aluminum under its umbrella, includes team members who have management and C-suite experience in a wide range of manufacturing roles. They apply their experiences when designing specialized solutions for businesses that come to them for help in solving unique challenges.
CEO and Managing Partner Pancho Hall says it’s a proud moment when one of the largest division presidents at one of the largest businesses in the world calls you and says, “Can you help us?”

Commitment. Another is the ability to learn and communicate (listen as well as speak/write).
“I love solving problems,” says Hall, who has a Master of Business Administration in finance and two mechanical engineering degrees and has held executive roles with TAG Holdings LLC, Constellation/Exelon, T-Mobile, PepsiCo, General Motors and AT&T. “I’ve worked across just about every major industry on the corporate side. I love the fact that we are known as people who can solve problems. So far, we’ve solved them every single time.”
Hall says their team members have perspective based on their own executive experiences and therefore understand the issues that both large and small clients are facing.
“We’re building organizational awareness with our approach, and we’re solving problems in the marketplace as a result of that,” Hall says.
SPC Global Manufacturing Company
Sigma, a global provider of comprehensive manufacturing solutions, and PTM, a Minority Business Enterprise specializing in manufacturing and supply chain management, began a new venture, referred to as SPC Global Manufacturing Company, on 8/1/24 that will offer a comprehensive suite of supply chain solutions to OEMs, Tier 1 and Tier 2 suppliers and the aftermarket.
Sigma — which is focused on bringing businesses specializing in utilities, aerospace, automotive, energy, electric and military into the United States — recognized that a joint venture with PTM would be beneficial for numerous reasons.
How We’re Innovating
We typically get the smartest people we can, figuratively lock them together in a room and commit to finding a solution by leveraging our networks, our experience and our belief that if there are better ways we will find one.
“SPC Global Manufacturing is an MBE joint venture that combines the capabilities and resources of both Sigma and PTM, allowing us to combine global manufacturing solutions from 10 different countries with our manufacturing facilities,” Hall says. “We will support businesses around the globe with Sigma’s network of engineers, quality personnel, supply chain solutions, and owned and contracted facilities with a focus on bringing them into the U.S.”
PTM focuses on providing customers with the highest quality manufacturing parts and services by connecting with markets around the world as a Global Minority Business Enterprise.
Our Next Goal
To continue to build SPC into a company that employs hundreds of people and impacts the bottom line of all companies but especially those that value the Billion Dollar Roundtable. Continue to make one smart acquisition every 12-18 months.

“P&THE Manufacturing is about owning, operating and acquiring manufacturing facilities,” Hall says. “In this industry, most of the large minority businesses in the country are based on assembly, distribution or supply chain, but there are only a handful of minority manufacturing companies. This put us in a space that not many people are in.”
The new venture combined with the overarching business model gives the organization global access and global reach, which benefits the Michigan and U.S. economy and helps businesses overcome their challenges through customized, insightful solutions.
