Program participants can manage the self-service-style system on their own or ask the WWEX Operations Team to administer it on their behalf.

“Logistics requires quite a bit of planning and effort, and there are always opportunities for things to go wrong,” Klopstein adds. “That’s where we step in as that additional buffer layer for our customers when things go wrong — to support them on track-and-trace issues, to support them on getting freight expedited, to support them on billing issues that they might have with the carriers.”
