Considerations of Recent SCOTUS Rulings on LBGTQ Discrimination

The US Supreme Court finished its term with a flurry of important and historical decisions, including a decision that including a connected case from Michigan. In Bostock v. Clayton County, a 6-3 decision held that it is against the Civil Rights Act of 1964 for an employer to fire or refuse to hire someone because they are gay or transgender.
